Britney Spears is opening up about some of her personal struggles and she’s told her fans that she uses yoga to help boost her self-esteem. The 37-year-old singer has been sharing more of her yoga routines on her official Instagram account where she has more than 23 million followers.
In her newest post, she spoke about having poor posture as a result of low self-esteem and how yoga has helped her correct both.
During a recent trip to Hawaii, Britney shared with fans that she finds the ocean healing and found a local yoga studio so she can continue her practice when visiting.

“Body language is everything ! The way you speak to yourself and carry yourself can effect your mood …. I have self esteem problems so I slouch … These poses help me everyday become stronger and it’s quite fun doing them … I feel so different everytime I do it, cause I’m not used to the feeling of my back being out !!!!”

Britney’s yoga moves are extremely impressive and her fans are now clamoring for a DVD. Britney hasn’t said anything about making a workout or yoga DVD, but it does seem her fans truly appreciate all of the fitness videos she shares.
She’s also stated on her Instagram account that though she isn’t currently performing, she’s staying in shape in case she does decide to work again.
It seems that fitness is more than just a form of exercise to Britney or a way to maintain her figure. She has expressed on multiple occasions the importance of exercise and fitness to her emotional well-being as well.
Britney has also been reading the book The Inner Goddess Revolution and has said that she feels like a goddess.
